Customer Service

Customer assistance is available at the information desk or by phone from 6:15 a.m. to 8:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Riders can purchase passes, view maps and schedules and get help with trip planning. Customer Service stops selling passes at 8 p.m.

For any lost items, please Contact Us, call or drop by in person. We will do our best to reunite you with your lost item.

Please note that all unclaimed items are donated to charity after 6 weeks.
