We have increased the temporary reduced service that is in place during the coronavirus pandemic effective Monday, May 11.
Most Cherriots Local routes now operate on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and most Core Network routes offer 30-minute frequency. Route 8 is now running on its full route again, and we are also operating Routes 12, 14, 18, 23, 26, and 27 again.
On Saturdays, most Cherriots Local routes now offer hourly service from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Routes 7, 11, 19, and 21 will offer 30-minute service. Routes 6 and 16 have begun operating, but Routes 12, 14, 18, 22, 23, 26, and 27 continue to not operate on Saturdays.
Cherriots Regional Route 1X has added four weekday trips to the trips currently operated by SMART Transit. All other weekday and Saturday service on Cherriots Regional remain the same.
