Cherriots LIFT is an origin-to-destination transportation service for people whose disability prevents them from using the Cherriots buses.
Cherriots LIFT eligible riders can also ride Cherriots buses at the Reduced Fare rate with a Reduced Fare ID card. Reduced Fare ID cards are available at Customer Service downtown. Please bring your existing ADA card or current Cherriots LIFT certification letter with picture ID. See our Fares page for Reduced Fare rates.
Who Can Ride Cherriots LIFT?
You may be eligible if you have a disability and your disability prevents you from being able to ride Cherriots buses. To find out if you’re eligible, fill out the application form below.
Please note: The application, medical professional questionnaire, and in person interview must be completed before eligibility determinations can be made.

Mail or fax your completed application and an eligibility specialist will contact you to schedule the in-person interview.

To Schedule a Cherriots LIFT Ride:
Once your application has been approved, please use our Cherriots Call Center (formerly known as TripLink) to schedule your ride, notify Cherriots LIFT about a cancellation or check on the status if a ride is late.
You can call to schedule your rides Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cherriots LIFT rides may be booked up to 14 days before but no later than 5 p.m. the day before you want to ride.
