Transportation Options is partnering to bring this service to the community

Bicycle repair at the Farmer's MarketAs Oregonians adjust to the “new normal” of life during the pandemic, lots of folks have dusted off their bicycles and are using them to get to work, exercise or just get out for some fresh air. If you are one of those people considering biking again, it’s important to make sure your bicycle is in good working order. A quick and easy way to do that is to take your bike to the West Salem Farmers Market (1260 Edgewater Street NW) for a FREE tune-up or bike check.

Every Thursday between now and mid-September, the NW Hub is offering FREE tune-ups between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. This “first-come, first-served” bike check is being offered in partnership with the Transportation Options program at Cherriots, Salem-Keizer Safe Routes to School, the Salem Community Markets, and the Edgewater Partners.
