Cherriots began efforts to update its Strategic Plan in early January 2022. Throughout the process, Cherriots engaged with external stakeholders, community members, customers, and Cherriots team members to develop a plan that was comprehensive, detailed, and focused on the vision to deliver valued mobility options that inspire community pride.

Monitoring progress is crucial to measuring our success. One way of doing this will be through quarterly updates to the Board of Directors, staff, and the community. The quarterly reports will be published below.
Another way we measure our progress is by comparing ourselves to other transit agencies nationwide. We partnered with TransPro to compile this data quarterly and display it alongside national averages in an interactive dashboard that will soon be released.
