Cherriots Regional service in Polk County

Cherriots Regional connects you with the places you want to go to in Polk County. Whether you need to get to work, school, medical appointments, retail stores, or just want to go have fun, let us get you there. We have many conveniently-located stops in Independence, Monmouth, and Dallas. Our bus routes go through the heart of town, making it easy to get to the places you need to go:

Route 40X provides express service between Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, and Salem.
Route 45 stops at many locations throughout Dallas, Monmouth, and Independence.
Route 50X provides express service between Dallas and Salem.

One-Ride and Day Passes can be purchased on the bus with cash. All other passes can be purchased at Cherriots Customer Service or at a number of local pass vendors, including Roth's in Monmouth and Safeway in Dallas.

Cherriots Regional connects you with the places you want to go throughout Marion and Polk counties. Most Cherriots Regional buses run Monday through Saturday and Express Routes 1X, 10X, 20X, 30X, 40X, and 50X all connect to the Salem Downtown Transit
