Comprehensive Operational Analysis

Evaluating the Local and Regional bus services to improve the rider experience

What is a COA?

A comprehensive operational analysis (COA) is a study Cherriots will use to learn how to make bus service better for our community. Over the next year, our team will look closely at Cherriots Local and Regional bus routes. We want to find ways to help people get to work, school, and important places more easily and quickly.

This study will help us understand what’s going well, what needs to change, and where we might need to add new bus service. It will also help us figure out how often buses should run in different areas. All of this will help us make better plans for the future of Cherriots.

We want to hear from you - it will only take a minute!
